Naperville, Ill.-based IPA 100 firm Sikich LLC (FY24 net revenue of $438.9 million) has acquired Burwood Group, an IT consulting and integration firm based in the Chicago area.
Burwood Group brings nearly 30 years of experience serving enterprise clients across healthcare, higher education, industrials and financial services. These areas align with Sikich’s niche specialties and the acquisition enhances the firm’s IT consulting capabilities as demand grows for secure, scalable technology environments, positioning the combined firm to deliver end-to-end services across business advisory, technology and governance.
